1. Return Policy

  • Notification: Customers must notify Indovia Global within 7 days of receiving the goods, providing photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue.

  • Approval: Returns require written approval from our quality assurance team.

  • Process: Upon approval, customers will receive instructions for returning the goods. Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

  • Perishable Goods: Returns of perishable goods (such as fresh vegetables, fruits, and certain dehydrated products) are generally not accepted unless there is a clear quality issue confirmed by Indovia Global.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are provided only for approved returns or where there is a failure to meet agreed product specifications.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
