Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Indovia Global, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products and services across our import and export operations. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms under which customers may cancel orders, return products, or request refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase before shipment or dispatch.
  • Once the goods have been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly at nileshdeve@indoviaglobal.com,inquiry@indoviaglobal.com with your Order Number and reason for cancellation.

Note: Custom or bulk export orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production or procurement has begun.

2. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of the product’s delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to an error from Indovia Global (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).
  • Products that are customized, perishable, or regulatory-restricted cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Include your Order Number, Product Details, and Reason for Return/Exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your request.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the returned product is received and verified by our quality team.
  • Refunds will be made using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Shipping, handling, customs, or insurance charges are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable or Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for cancellation or refund:

  • Perishable, edible, or organic goods (such as food, herbal, or agricultural items).
  • Products that have been used, opened, or altered after delivery.
  • Bulk or wholesale export consignments where documentation has already been processed.
  • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling by the buyer.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by sending an email with photographic proof and order details to nileshdeve@indoviaglobal.com,inquiry@indoviaglobal.com
We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement, return, or refund as appropriate.
