1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation, depending on product type, quantity, and availability.
  • Customized, bulk, or export-specific orders may require additional processing time.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Customers will receive an email notification once the order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Time and Delivery

  • Domestic Deliveries (within India): Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days after dispatch.
  • International Deliveries: Estimated delivery within 15–30 business days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and shipping carrier schedules.
  • All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs delays, logistics restrictions, or unforeseen global events.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: Charges are calculated based on order weight, volume, and destination.
  • International Shipping: Charges depend on the shipping method, destination country, and applicable import/export duties.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import tariffs applicable in the buyer’s country must be paid by the customer.
  • For bulk or wholesale export orders, shipping costs and terms will be agreed upon contractually before shipment.

4. International Shipping Process

  • Indovia Global ships globally using trusted freight forwarders and logistics partners.
  • All export shipments comply with applicable Indian export laws, international trade regulations, and customs documentation requirements.
  • Customers must ensure that imported goods comply with their country’s import laws and product restrictions.
  • Any customs delays or rejections due to non-compliance at the destination country are beyond our control.

5. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

  • Once an order is shipped, a tracking number and carrier details will be provided via email.
  • Customers can track their shipment in real time using the courier’s website or portal.
  • Upon delivery, customers must inspect the package and report any visible damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt.

Indovia Global is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, or government restrictions.
  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
  • Unforeseen global trade disruptions or carrier issues.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers in case of significant delays and work toward prompt resolution.

7. Undeliverable Orders

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the order, reshipping charges may apply. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
